The Counseling and Education Center invites you to participate in the Tools for Grieving workshop: Yoga for Managing Grief Stress
Registered yoga instructor and bereavement counselor Ryan Colgan will guide you through simple breathing and stretching exercises designed to help you get energized when you need to face your day, and to help you get calm when you need rest and retreat. No skill or flexibility required! Mats and chairs will be provided.
