 HPCG’s Annual Spring Memorial Service will be held this year at Shalom Community Church at 2227 Pinecroft Road in Greensboro.  This event is for families who were served by HPCG and lost their loved one during this past year.

Rebuilding Our Lives After the Loss of a Spouse

  When: Thursday, April 19, 2012 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

 This evening will be an opportunity to…

…..share conversation and a casual meal with others  who have also lost a spouse or long-time partner, and

…..hear suggestions, insights, and messages of hope about the process of creating a “new normal” from a panel of speakers who have walked this journey for the past few years. 

 A donation of $5 is requested to cover the cost of the meal.

"Honoring our Mothers” – Join the Counseling and Education Center of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro in a gathering to remember and honor our mothers this Mother’s Day weekend. We will pay tribute to the mothers we have lost and reflect on the legacy they have left behind in each of us.

Finding Our New Normal” – This is for bereaved spouses who are ready to look forward toward the next chapter of their lives and continue the healing by engaging in new activities and finding new meaning.
