Kids Path

We serve children and teens who are coping with their own life challenging condition or with the illness or death of a loved one. Through our pediatric home care and grief support programs, Kids Path strives to meet the unique needs of children, teens and their families. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our children and teens and those who share their lives.

Kids Path is located at 2504 Summit Avenue, on the campus of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro (HPCG) Originally founded in Greensboro, Kids Path is a specialized program for children offered by HPCG. The Kids Path Consortium is now comprised of Greensboro, and nine other Kids Path programs in North and South Carolina and in West Virginia.
