TLC In Workplace

TLC in the Workplace®, a manager-focused training program is suitable for any work setting. Expressly developed to meet the needs of employers, this training targets human resource professionals and managers. Our TLC in the Workplace module includes on-site sessions and a comprehensive resource manual. This program focuses on three increasingly prevalent aspects of business life:

• Supporting employees who are working caregivers
• Supporting employees who are grieving a personal loss
• Supporting employees due to a critical incident in your workplace
